I've never had a secret recipe before. My sweet mother-in-law has seen fit to give me hers since she doesn't have any daughters. It is the Riehl family Honey Spice cookie recipe. And it is sooooo good! Even more so with my slight adjustments. And, no, you may not have the recipe - it's a secret!

Cookies made even more delicious when baked wearing the retro sock monkey apron your sweet mother-in-law also made you.
And while drinking an iced cinnamon latte. It just sounded good, okay. I know it's 40 degrees outside, but I'm warm and cozy inside.

yum, i want one, or two, ok, i could eat about 1/2 a dozen of those. there is something magicial about a "secret" recipe. and the vintage monkey apron, that is FABULOUS! Love it!
